Due to the winter storm some customers may experience unexpected outages over the next few days, either Hydro One related or from the build up of snow and ice. Unfortunately the following towers are down due to damage from this weekend’s winter storm: Camborne, Whitney Howard and Harwood. Technicians are working to resolve these outages and anticipate service restoration by the end of the day.

Unfortunately due to damaged radio equipment from the heavy winds our Harwood tower is currently offline. At this time we do not have an ETA as to when we can replace the damaged equipment as it is unsafe to climb in these current weather conditions.
