Unfortunately the following towers are down due to damage from this weekend’s winter storm: Camborne, Whitney Howard and Harwood. Technicians are working to resolve these outages and anticipate service restoration by the end of the day.

Unfortunately as of 6pm the following towers are currently offline: Harwood, Alderville W and Dibikad. As a result of the current weather conditions we do not have an ETA for resolution but hope to have the issue fixed as soon as possible. UPDATE: Service restored by 11:50am At approx. 10:45am the following sites went down due to a suspected power issue: Colborne, Brighton, Castleton, Wicklow and Lakeport. Technicians have been dispatched and are working to have service restored as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.

At approx. 10:00am the Alderville Solar Farm repeater station will be undergoing network maintenance today so customers can expect a few short outages while this work is being done. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.

Technicians are performing maintenance at the Harwood tower site this afternoon so customers may experience a handful of short 5-10 minute outages while this work is being done. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately the Alderville solar farm repeater is offline but technicians are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue. We do not have an ETA for service restoration at this time however we hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.

4:33pm Update The Larose repeater is currently offline. Technicians were dispatched to the site earlier today, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue on the ground and they are unable to climb the tower at this time due to weather conditions in the area. Weather permitting, we hope to have the issue resolved…

From 10:50-11:45am today the following towers were offline due to unscheduled maintenance completed a local utility company: Colborne, Castleton, Brighton, Lakeport, Wicklow, Baltimore, Stewart Rd, Centreton and Camborne. Technicians were dispatched with alternate means of power and hoped to have service resorted as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.

Just before 1pm today customers in the Ricelake area went offline as a result of landscapers having cut our cable at the repeater site. Technicians have been dispatched and hope to have the issue resolved in the next hour. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.
