Technical Support/Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced self-motivated Technical Support/Customer Service Representative to work in the Grafton area. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible shifts and be available for evenings and weekends.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones, greet front desk walk-ins and respond to online chats
- Check voicemail and emails from day/night before and respond in a timely manner
- Check client outages in monitoring software and monitor for outages throughout the day
- Provide Tech Support to customers
- Provide support to technicians
- Schedule installation & service call appointments
- Call all scheduled appointments 1-2 business days prior to confirm appointment time
- Handle sales inquiries and complete online site surveys to confirm service availability
- Inventory Control – keep track of stock for timely ordering purposes & notify management
- Administrative tasks as needed
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- 1 year previous experience in technical related fields
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
- Well organized with good time management skills and attention to detail
- Sales focused with upbeat personality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Valid G-class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
