Technical Support/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced self-motivated Technical Support/Customer Service Representative to work in the Grafton area. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible shifts and be available for evenings and weekends.


  • Answer phones, greet front desk walk-ins and respond to online chats
  • Check voicemail and emails from day/night before and respond in a timely manner
  • Check client outages in monitoring software and monitor for outages throughout the day
  • Provide Tech Support to customers
  • Provide support to technicians
  • Schedule installation & service call appointments
  • Call all scheduled appointments 1-2 business days prior to confirm appointment time
  • Handle sales inquiries and complete online site surveys to confirm service availability
  • Inventory Control – keep track of stock for timely ordering purposes & notify management
  • Administrative tasks as needed


  • 1 year previous experience in technical related fields
  • Strong computer and telephone skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
  • Well organized with good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Sales focused with upbeat personality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team


  • High school diploma
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Valid G-class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
