Alderville Outage

Unfortunately our Alderville East and Alderville North towers are currently offline. When technicians arrived on site earlier this morning they discovered that the power had been shut off while a backup generator was being installed. Although this work had been scheduled over a week ago, no notice or warning of this planned outage was given to us by the third-party. Our technicians are now preparing alternate means of power and will hopefully have service restored by 10:30am. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your patience.
