Brighton Outage

UPDATE: Rigging crews will be dispatched to facilitate repairs at our Brighton tower today. Hopefully service will be restored before the end of business day however should the crews experience any difficulties we will advise of any delays. Unfortunately our Brighton tower remains offline as we are experiencing some difficulty acquiring the services of an independent rigging crew to complete repairs at the top of the tower. We have contacted multiple companies in the area but they’re all unavailable during this time. We are making every effort to source out different rigging companies but this is what has prolonged the outage which will now likely extend into next week. All customers affected by this outage will have their August invoices temporarily suspended until we can calculate the appropriate compensation once service is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience but appreciate your continued patience and understanding. [July 31, 2024]

Unfortunately our Brighton tower remains offline. Technicians have made all possible repairs from the bottom of the tower but were unsuccessful in restoring service today. We are in the process of hiring an independent rigging crew to complete repairs at the top of the tower as we’re no longer able to access the site with our bucket truck. We are yet to confirm the rigging crew’s availability but we will keep posting updates. [July 29, 2024]

Unfortunately, emergency technicians were unable to resolve the outage at our Brighton tower yesterday, however technicians have been dispatched again this morning to investigate and make repairs as quickly as possible. [July 29, 2024]
