Freezing Rain

Due to today’s freezing rain some customers may experience unexpected outages, either Hydro One related or from the build up of ice on radio antennas. Unfortunately, either scenario is beyond our control and therefore we’re unable to provide an ETA for service restoration to those affected by the weather. As a result of these poor weather conditions, there will be no service call appointments today however phone calls and emails continue to be monitored.
